Right Of Way Appraisal Services

Consultant Engineering has a staff of appraisers with expertise across the state of Arizona. Mr.�Robert Helmandollar is our Lead Appraiser and Project Manager having over 35 years experience in the appraisal of all types of property for eminent domain and public use purposes. He is well versed in the application of before and after analysis dealing with partial acquisition appraisal problems. Our appraisal team approaches the valuation of property in a manner that is well documented and follows established appraisal practice. With a detail oriented approach, appraisal assignments are completed in a timely and thorough manner.
